The Phoenix Business Journal ran a Made in Arizona feature on Cactus Corn on September 21, 2026. Senior reporter Brandon Brown wrote it, and Jim Poulin took the photos, including one at Chase Field.
The full story is for Business Journal subscribers. If you hit the paywall, here is the short version from our side of the kettle.
From ballpark staple to Arizona brand
We started in 1998 with a kettle and a tent on the sidewalk outside Chase Field. We earned our way inside, and we have popped at Diamondbacks home games ever since. The ballpark is still home. It is no longer the whole business, and that is what the Business Journal came to talk about.
Partnerships
Most people meet us at a venue: Chase Field, State Farm Stadium, Salt River Fields, WestWorld of Scottsdale, and the Phoenix Convention Center. Off the concourse, we build custom flavors with Arizona restaurants and print custom bags and tins for Arizona companies.
Corporate gifting
If you read the Business Journal, this is probably the part for you. Custom labeled bags start at 50. Branded tins start at 25. Every order goes out with a printed gift message, to one address or a few hundred. Send us the headcount and the date, and real pricing comes back within one business day. Start at corporate gifting.
Tourism
Visitors want to take a piece of Arizona home, and a bag of Prickly Pear Kettle Corn fits in a carry-on. Travelers can find us at Phoenix Sky Harbor, at Ironwood by Hudson in Terminal 3, across from Gate F7. Our Arizona landmark gift tins do the same job for anyone shipping a gift out of state.
Read it, then taste it
Read the Phoenix Business Journal story. Then try Prickly Pear, White Cheddar Jalapeño, and Roasted Street Corn in craft popcorn flavors. Every feature we have picked up lives on our press page, alongside Phoenix New Times, Scottsdale.com, FOX 10 Phoenix, Arizona Highways, and Phoenix Sky Harbor.
