At Cactus Corn, we strive to provide our customers with fast and cost-effective shipping. However, please understand that our shipping costs are determined by the standard package size, not by weight. Shipping providers base their pricing on what's called dimensional weight. For example, while our Cactus Corn Popcorn Variety 6-Pack only weighs 4 pounds, the required box has a standard dimensional weight of 15 pounds. This results in a higher shipping cost that is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

We offer standard shipping rates depending on product size and distance. After your order ships, you will receive an automated email notification including your carrier tracking information.

We can ship to almost any address within the United States, including many military APO addresses. Please note that some products may be restricted depending on the season and/or product size. Our preferred shipping carriers are UPS and FedEx. All orders, whether Flat Rate Shipping or qualified Free Shipping orders, will be shipped via Ground service. APO-addressed orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail service. Our shipping department will determine the most efficient delivery option based on the recipient's mailing address that you provide.

When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We process orders in the order they are received, with weekend orders being processed first thing Monday morning. All products are made to order to ensure freshness which can make shipping timelines vary 1 to 2 days. Depending on the size of your order, standard popcorn orders (non-customized products) received by 11 AM (Arizona Time) will typically be handcrafted, packaged, and shipped on the same weekday.
