Questions about the club
How do gifts work?
Choose "A gift," add your note, and enter their address at checkout. We print your note on a card in the first box. Paid-ahead plans make easy gifts: one payment covers every box, then it ends. Month-to-month gifts renew monthly until you cancel. Want something to hand over on the day? Make a card to print or text.
Can I send the club to more than one person?
Yes. Each person is a separate checkout, because one checkout ships to one address. Sending to a big list? Email info@cactuscorn.com and we'll set it up with you.
When does my first box ship?
The line above the Add to cart button shows your first box date for the plan you pick. After that, a new box ships on the 15th of each month (the next business day when the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday).
On a paid-ahead plan, box 2 ships on the next 15th, so it can come within a week or two of the first.
December boxes ship Dec 15 to 16, in time for Christmas, and the December surprise bag is Candy Cane Kettle. For a first box that ships in time for Christmas, order by 11 AM Arizona time on Wed, Dec 16. Orders after that get their first box the week of Jan 4, and you can print a gift card to give on the day.
Do the 3, 6, and 12-month plans renew?
No. You pay once and get every box in your plan. After the last box it ends. To keep it going, just order again.
What's the free surprise bag?
Every box comes with one extra bag, a flavor we pick that month, on us. In December, it's our holiday flavor, Candy Cane Kettle. It's a full-size bag. Leave an allergy note and we'll keep those ingredients out of it. We never put tree nuts or peanuts in a surprise bag. Our facility handles tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat, so cross-contact is possible.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping anywhere in the lower 48. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $19.99 a box. On a paid-ahead plan, shipping for every box is charged at checkout. We ship with USPS, including to PO boxes.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel?
Month to month: cancel anytime in your account (Manage your club). To skip or pause a month, email info@cactuscorn.com by the 10th.
Paid-ahead plans end on their own after the last box. To skip or move a box, email info@cactuscorn.com and we'll take care of it.
Can I change my flavors?
Yes. Email info@cactuscorn.com with your new lineup or your new Pick your own 3 picks by the 10th, and we'll make it for that month's box.
What about allergies?
Every bag lists its ingredients and allergens. Club flavors can contain milk, soy, and coconut. Our facility also handles tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat, so cross-contact is possible. We never put tree nuts or peanuts in a surprise bag, and we keep anything on your allergy note out of it. For a severe allergy, see our allergen page or call (602) 561-7498 before you order.
