Our "Love-It or It's On Us" guarantee

We obsess over every kernel. If something's off, we'll make it right.

  • Unopened items, 15 days: changed your mind? Ship back any new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Opened bags stay with you: once a bag is opened, it can't come back. Food safety matters.
  • Our mistake, our cost: wrong flavor, a broken seal, or popcorn that isn't fresh? We cover the return shipping, or we remake and rush a fresh batch to you at no cost.
  • Remake first, refund second: if something isn't up to our standard, we remake and resend it. If you're still not happy after that, we refund you in full.

Refund timing

Here's how long a refund takes once you ship the package back:

  • 5 to 10 business days for the package to reach us
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process it
  • 5 to 10 business days for your bank to release the funds
