General Allergen Overview

All Cactus Corn products are made in a shared kitchen facility in Phoenix, Arizona. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our facility processes products that contain the allergens listed below. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss your specific needs.

Facility Notice: Our kitchen handles tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, soy, and wheat. Cross-contact with these allergens is possible even in products that do not list them as ingredients.

Dietary Highlights

Many of our flavors are naturally friendly to a range of dietary preferences:

Gluten-Free Options: Our Classic Kettle Corn, Prickly Pear, Cheddar Jalapeno, Sweet Butter Caramel, and Roasted Street Corn do not contain gluten ingredients. Keep in mind that our facility is not a certified gluten-free kitchen.

Vegan-Friendly: Classic Kettle Corn and Prickly Pear are made without any animal-derived ingredients.

Non-GMO Corn: We use non-GMO popcorn kernels across all of our products.

No Artificial Preservatives: Every batch is made fresh in small quantities without artificial preservatives or colors.

Classic Kettle Corn: Popcorn kernels, sunflower oil, cane sugar, salt.

Prickly Pear: Popcorn kernels, sunflower oil, cane sugar, prickly pear flavor, salt, natural coloring.

Cheddar Jalapeno: Popcorn kernels, sunflower oil, cheddar cheese seasoning (whey, cheddar cheese, salt, natural flavors), jalapeno powder, salt.

Sweet Butter Caramel: Popcorn kernels, butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, salt, vanilla extract, baking soda.

Roasted Street Corn: Popcorn kernels, sunflower oil, cotija cheese seasoning (milk, cheese cultures, enzymes, salt), chili-lime seasoning, salt.

Happy Birthday Cake: Popcorn kernels, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, soy lecithin), sprinkles (sugar, cornstarch, palm oil, soy lecithin, confectioner's glaze, natural flavors), cake batter flavoring, salt.
