Hey there, fellow popcorn fanatic! We obsess over every kernel, so if something’s off, we’ll make it right—scout’s honor.

Here’s how we keep things fresh (literally):

  1. No-Take-Backs on Open Bags
    Once a bag’s been cracked open, it’s officially yours. Food safety matters, and we’d never risk passing along a half-eaten snack to the next customer (or our team).

  2. 15-Day, Unopened, No-Sweat Returns
    Changed your mind? Ship back any new, unopened goodies within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Easy-peasy.

  3. Our Oops, Our Dime
    Wrong flavor? Defective seal? That one rogue bag that tastes like it spent spring break in Death Valley? We’ll cover the return shipping—or, better yet, we’ll remake and rush a fresh batch to you, on us.

  4. Remake First, Refund Second
    We’re popcorn perfectionists. If something isn’t up to our standards, we’ll remake and resend until it is. Only after we’ve tried every fix and you’re still not vibing with it will we issue a full refund.

  5. Refund Timing
    Expect your money back within two weeks of handing the package to the shipper - often faster. That window covers:

    • 5 - 10 business days for transit back to us

    • 3 - 5 business days for Captain Crunch-the-Numbers (our finance folks) to process

    • 5 - 10 business days for your bank to release the funds
