Cactus Corn has been serving the Phoenix metro area since 1998, and our food truck brings the full popcorn experience directly to your event. Fresh-popped kettle corn, Southwest-inspired flavors, cinnamon roasted almonds, and fresh squeezed lemonade, all made on-site while your guests watch.
What We Bring to Your Event
Our food truck is fully self-contained and ready to roll. Here's what you get:
The full Cactus Corn menu. Classic Kettle Corn, Caramel Corn, Cheddar Cheese, White Cheddar Jalapeno, Roasted Street Corn, and seasonal flavors. Plus cinnamon roasted almonds and fresh squeezed lemonade.
Live popping. There's a reason people line up. Watching fresh kettle corn being tossed in a copper kettle is part of the experience.
Flexible setup options. Depending on your event size and space, we can bring our food truck, a mobile trailer, or a concession-style booth.
Professional service. Our crew shows up early, sets up without needing direction, and runs the operation so you don't have to think about it.
Events We Serve
Corporate events and company parties. Team appreciation days, product launches, office celebrations, holiday parties, and grand openings. We handle the food so you can focus on the event.
Weddings and receptions. A popcorn bar at your reception is the kind of thing guests remember and talk about. We set up a full display with your choice of flavors.
School carnivals and community events. PTAs, booster clubs, and community organizations book us for fall festivals, field days, end-of-year celebrations, and fundraisers. Ask about our

Birthday parties and private events. Backyard parties, milestone birthdays, graduation celebrations, and family reunions. Our setup fits anywhere from a driveway to a full venue.
Festivals and public events. Farmers markets, art walks, car shows, food truck rallies, holiday markets, and concert venues. We're regulars at events across the Valley.
Sporting events and venues. We've been at Chase Field since 1998, at Mesa Amphitheatre, spring training stadiums, Salt River Fields, and dozens of other Arizona sports venues.
Where We Operate
Our home base is Phoenix, and we serve the entire metro area without travel fees:
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Queen Creek, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, and Carefree.
We also travel statewide to Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, and anywhere in between for larger events. Travel fees may apply outside the metro area.

Cactus Corn started with a single kettle at a local event in 1998. Mike and Sharon Levandowski built the business one event at a time, and nearly three decades later, we're still the only dedicated gourmet popcorn food truck operation in the state.
