At Cactus Corn, we add flavoring. That flavoring needs to be gluten-free too. The facility where we make the popcorn needs to handle it safely. The way we ship it needs to protect it.
We care about doing this right because gluten sensitivity is real. A mistake in our production or handling could cause a real problem for someone.

We source our ingredients from suppliers who understand the importance of labeling and traceability. Our seasonings and coatings come from vendors who either carry gluten-free certifications or maintain clear, documented gluten-free status.

We do not currently hold GFCO (Gluten-Free Certification Organization) certification. We're being honest about that rather than claiming something we don't have.

If that doesn't meet your comfort level, that's okay. There are brands with more extensive certifications, and you should buy from whoever makes you feel confident.
