What buyers ask before they order
What is the minimum, and can I mix flavors?
The minimum is 50 bags of one flavor and one label. For two flavors, build two designs, or mention it in the notes on your proof request and we will quote the mix.
How fast can I have them?
Your proof comes within one business day. Bags are ready 2 to 3 weeks after you approve it. Approve your proof by November 23 to ship by December 14. Need them sooner? Put the date on your proof request and we will tell you with the proof whether we can make it.
How do I pay?
Right after you ask for your proof, you can pay a 50% deposit at checkout with Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, or a card. It holds your production slot and is fully refunded if you don't approve your proof. The rest, plus shipping at cost, is due before your order ships.
What goes on the label?
Your logo, the flavor name, an optional two-line message, and an optional QR code, plus a small Cactus Corn mark and the net weight. Ingredients and allergens print on the back of every bag, so your label stays clean.
What logo file do you need?
A PNG with a see-through background or a vector file (SVG or PDF) looks best. JPG works. If all you have is an AI or EPS file, or no file at all, skip the logo step and we will place it on your proof.
Do I need a company to order?
No. Weddings, showers, graduations, teams, and family gifts are welcome. The builder works the same way; just tell us the occasion.
Can you ship to more than one address?
Yes. One address or hundreds, with shipping billed at actual cost. Tell us in the notes and we will quote the split, the labels, and the tracking.
Can I pick them up?
Yes, by appointment at our kitchen at 101 N 55th St in Phoenix. We also deliver across the Phoenix metro and ship anywhere in the country.
